Offline image resizer
Resize, compress and convert images to JPEG, PNG or WebP entirely in your browser. Batch several files, strip metadata by re-encoding, and see the size saved. No upload; PDFs are not covered.
Your files never leave this page. Images are opened and re-encoded by your own browser; nothing is uploaded, and the page makes no network requests while you work.
PDFs are not covered. Merging, splitting and rotating PDFs correctly needs a full PDF library, which this page deliberately does not include, so it only handles images. We recommend nothing external here.

Aspect ratio is always kept. Re-encoding through a canvas drops metadata such as camera model, GPS location and edit history (the picture is rotated to its upright orientation first). Transparent areas become white in JPEG. If the browser cannot write WebP it falls back to PNG and says so.
| File | Original | Result | Size |

Size is reported in KiB/MiB (1 KiB = 1024 bytes). Re-compressing an already compressed JPEG can make a file bigger at high quality settings; compare the numbers.
